Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information. The App operates entirely on your device.

Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any account information.
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
• We do not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data.
• We do not use cookies, pixels, SDKs, or any tracking technologies.
• We do not collect any information from children or any other users.

2. Photo Library Access

The App requests permission to save files to your Photo Library. This is a write-only permission. The App does not request or obtain read access to your Photo Library. When you select media to import, this is handled by Apple’s system picker (PHPickerViewController), which operates outside the App’s process. The App never directly accesses your Photo Library contents.

3. On-Device Processing

All media processing, including video compositing, image rendering, and format conversion, occurs entirely on your device using Apple’s hardware-accelerated frameworks (AVFoundation, Core Image, VideoToolbox). No media is uploaded to any server, cloud service, or external system at any time.

4. Data Storage

The App stores your ratio and canvas color preferences locally on your device using standard system storage (UserDefaults). No data is stored on external servers. Session data (imported clips, their order) exists only in memory and is not persisted between app sessions.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate, communicate with, or transmit data to any third-party services, APIs, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or external servers. There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the App.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any information to any third party, because we do not collect any information.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content, user-generated content, social features, or purchasing mechanisms.

8. Security

Because the App does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers, there is no personal data at risk of unauthorized access, breach, or misuse. All processing occurs within the sandboxed environment of your device, protected by Apple’s iOS security architecture.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. If you wish to remove all App data from your device, you may delete the App, which removes all locally stored preferences.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. International Users

The App does not transmit data internationally or to any server. All processing is local to your device regardless of your geographic location.
